  • Ingredients:


    • 5 Zucchinis 
    • 200gm of minced meat
    • An onion.
    • A carrot.
    • One and a half cups of milk.
    • Half a cup of shredded mozzarella cheese.
    • Half a cup of grated Roumy cheese.
    • A quarter cup of oil.
    • 2 tablespoons of flour.
    • 2 teaspoons of salt.
    • Half a tablespoon of (ground cardamom - black pepper - red pepper - seven spices - nutmeg).

    Preparation Method:


    • To prepare this infamous delicious meal, you start off by grating the onion and carrot.
    • Then clean the zucchinis, cut off the heads and empty the insides so you can stuff them later.
    • In a frying pan, add 3 tablespoons of oil and after it is heated add the onions and stir until it wilts, then add the carrot and stir them until they are cooked.
    • Then, add the minced meat and stir until it is completely done, after that add all the spices to it and stir them well, then turn off the heat.
    • Now to prepare the bechamel sauce, you’re going to need to heat a pot and add two tablespoons of oil followed by the flour and stir till it gets a bit golden.
    • Proceed to add milk to the flour slowly and stir well, then add salt, black pepper and nutmeg and continue stirring till it gets a thick even texture then turn the heat off.
    • Prepare an oven tray and add some of the bechamel sauce to it.
    • Then, proceed to stuff the zucchini with minced meat and lay it on the tray.
    • Apply the rest of the bechamel sauce over the zucchini and add the mozzarella and roumy cheese on top.
    • At last, put the tray in the oven at 190 C for about 25 minutes, then turn the grill on to roast the zucchini.

  • Ingredients:


    • 600gm of steak
    • A Glass of milk
    • An egg
    • 2 tablespoons of parsley
    • 2 tablespoons of mint
    • Half a teaspoon of (ginger - garlic powder - and onion powder).
    • 1 teaspoon of seven spices.
    • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
    • 1 grated onion.
    • 1 cup of diced tomatoes.
    • 1 cup of crushed rusk.
    • 1 tablespoon of tomato paste.
    • 2 slices of mortadella.
    • Half a cup of shredded mozzarella cheese.
    • Half a cup of grated Roumy cheese.
    • Salt and black pepper to taste.

    Preparation Method:


    • Start by seasoning your steaks with salt and pepper
    • Then in a bowl, mix eggs, milk, parsley, ginger, salt and black pepper.
    • In another bowl, mix the ground breadcrumbs with garlic powder, onion powder, parsley and the seven spices.
    • After that, dip your steaks in the milk and egg mixture then dip them in the breadcrumbs until it is fully coated.
    • Evenly lay your steaks in a greased oven tray and put them in the preheated oven for 40 minutes.
    • Then, heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and add the grated onions and tomatoes and proceed to stir until they wither and form a delicious paste.
    • Add the tomato and onion paste to the cooked steaks, followed by the mortadella slices and the roumy and shredded mozzarella cheese.
    • Put the tray back in the oven for about 10 minutes for the cheese to melt and the casserole to take a beautiful golden brown colour.
