REFUND AND RETURN POLICIES
Nahda is dedicated to achieving complete client satisfaction. Return the item at the time of delivery if you're not happy with its quality or freshness. therefore at the time of delivery you can verify the goods and if you are not happy with our goods you can return it on the same time. We are sorry, but we are unable to provide you with a refund or exchange once the delivery person has left.
Your item needs to be unused and in the same condition that you received it in order to be eligible for a return.
Payment refunds will only be processed via the original method of payment.
Exchanges (if any)
Items are only replaced if they are defective or broken. If you require an exchange for the identical products, kindly let us know at the time of delivery by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. When we make our next delivery to your location, we will send you the replacement for that product.
The time it takes for your replaced merchandise to arrive may differ depending on where you reside.
