Preparation Method:

  •         First things first, prepare the dry yeast by placing the warm water into a bowl and adding the yeast to it, mix until fully dissolved. It should start to bubble up, that’s when you move on to the next step.
  •         Mix the dry ingredients: Salt, flour and sugar, then add the yeast and olive oil and mix until it forms a consistent dough.   •         Keep stretching the dough until it reaches the desired diameter (about 10 to 12 inches), it’s important to treat the dough very gently.
  •         Brush some olive oil onto the dough and let it sit for about 15 minutes.
  •         (Optional) Poke tiny holes with a fork to allow the dough to absorb the sauce well.
  •         Spread the tomato sauce on the pizza, don’t go over the top with the sauce so the dough doesn’t end up soggy; use about 1/3 of a cup.
