- 6 Chicken thighs
- ¾ teaspoon of salt
- ½ teaspoon of pepper
- 2 lemons
- 1/3 cup of Palestinian virgin olive oil
- 1/3 cup of Imtinan honey
- 3 tablespoons of mustard
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- ½ cup of water
- ½ pound of fresh green beans
- Sliced sweet peppers
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Place the chicken in a 15x10x1-inch baking pan that has been greased with the virgin olive oil. Sprinkle with ¼ teaspoon pepper and ½ teaspoon salt. Then squeeze 1 lemon onto the chicken pieces. Cut the remaining lemon in half crosswise and squeeze the juice into a small bowl.
