Ingredients

  1. 6 tbsp (3 oz.) unsalted butter
  2. 2 tbsp herbed Istanbuli Cheese
  3. 10 thick white bread or baguette slices
  4. 5 Cheddar cheese slices
  5. 5 provolone cheese slices
  6. 5 Mozzarella cheese slices

Instructions

  • STEP 1: Preheat the oven to 220C. Drop the butter on a baking sheet, and put it into the preheated oven until the butter disolves. Keep it there for almost 5 minutes.
  • STEP 2: Carefully spread the cheese on the thick slices of bread. Set a slice of Cheddar cheese over the bread slice covered in Istanbuli cheese, and add a slice each of provolone and Mozzarella on every plain bread slice.But it back in the oven at 220C until the cheese starts to bubble and the bread turns brownish. Keep it for around 7 minutes.
  • STEP 3: Take the slices out of the oven and make the sandwiches. Place it back into the oven and let it bake until the bread toasts and turnd goldern. It can take up to 3 to 4 minutes.

AVOCADO TOAST

Ingredients

  • Bread
  • Istanbuli Cheese
  • Avocado
  • Tomatoes
  • Onion

    Instructions

    • STEP 1: Cut your bread into slices and toast them
    • STEP 2: Cut thr avocado into thin slices along with the tomatoes. Spread the cheese on the bread 
    • STEP 3: Add some seasonings such as salt and black pepper or red chilli
    • STEP 4: Add tomatoes and avocado on top of the sandwich and sprinkle with the salt and pepper

    Cheesy Garlic Breadsticks

    Ingredients

    1. 1 tbsp active dry yeast
    2. ½ tsp sugar
    3. ¼ cup warm water
    4. 3 cups flour
    5. 1 cup hot water
    6. 1 tablespoon sugar
    7. ½ tsp salt
    8. 1 ½ tbsp butter melted
    9. 1 clove garlic minced
    10. ⅛ cup cheddar cheese shredded
    11. ⅛ cup fresh Istanbuli cheese

    Instructions

  • STEP 1: Spread a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • STEP 2: Add half a teaspoon dry yeast, and one fourth of a cup with warm water in a bowl. Put the bowl aside for 5 minutes until it turns foamy.
  • STEP 3: In a second large bowl, put together two cups of flour, water, sugar, and salt. Gently add the yeast water into the mix. Now you add the flour and stir until completely combined.
  • STEP 4: Cut the dough into 12 equally sized pieces and shape them as breadsticks. Put them down on the parchment paper.
  • STEP 5: Preheat the oven to 200°C to let the dough rise keep it there for 15 minutes.
  • STEP 6: Combine the butter with the minced garlic in a small bowl. Put it in the microwave untill the butter melts, this could take 20 seconds.
  • STEP 7: Spread the meltef butter over the breadsticks. Put the cheese on top.
  • STEP 8: Bake the breadsticks for about 20 minutes until it turns golden. Ready to serve.
